ARE YOU INSURED?

CL Mountain Movers, LLC is licensed and insured.

ARE THERE ANY ITEMS THAT YOU DO NOT MOVE?

Perishable, dangerous or hazardous materials are not to be moved by our moving team. Please make sure to not include any of these materials in your boxes because Mountain Movers will not be able to transport them on the truck to your final location. For example Mountain Movers will not move chemicals, gasoline, propane paint, oil and ammunition.

NO patio pavers, pottery or live plants will be moved by our moving team.

If you have any specific questions about if we are able to move it, please contact us to make sure.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DOWN PAYMENT?

Yes, we require a 50% down payment at the time of booking.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept check, card, or cash. There is a 4% card processing fee on any card used.

We also offer financing to those that qualify with apr as low as 0%. Please let your sales representative know that you are interested in this and they can direct you to the application to see if you qualify.

CAN YOU PACK MY ITEMS?

Mountain Movers can pack your items however, packing services are an additional charge. If you are wanting your items packed, please let us know ahead of time and the additional charge will be added onto your estimate. Packing services have to be planned for and require additional hours of labor for our team members. Please indicate that you will be needing packing services prior to your move date.

ARE THERE ANY ITEMS THAT YOU PRICE SEPERATELY?

Yes. Gun safes, pianos, and pool tables are priced separate from the move based upon convince and tools needed to move item.

HOW DO I GET A QUOTE?

There are multiple ways to get a quote. You can fill out the form on our website, call or email us. We can easily and quickly get you a quote.

SHOULD I TIP MY MOVERS?

Tipping movers is not required, but it is greatly appreciated. If our movers went above and beyond on your move, a tip of appreciation is always welcome!

DO YOU ASSEMBLE AND/OR DISASSEMBLE FURNITURE?

Dis/re assembly is an additional charge. Please not to your sales representative at the time of your quote that you will need your furniture dis/re assembled. This is NOT automatically calculated in your move time.

WILL YOU MOUNT MY TV ONTO THE WALL?

We do NOT mount or dismount tv;s onto walls for customers.

HOW WILL YOU PACK FRAGILE ITEMS?

Mountain Movers will take due care in packing all of your items. If any items are fragile or highly valuable, please indicate which items they are to our movers. Extra caution will be taken in packing and moving these items to ensure that the best possible care is taken to protect your items from damage in the the move.

DO YOU INSTALL OUR APPLIANCES?

We do not install appliances unless asked specifically. Mountain Movers is not accountable for any damage that occurs during installation if installed by our crew.

WHAT ABOUT INCLEMENT WEATHER?

In the case of inclement weather that permits the moving team from accessing your home in a safe manner, your move will have to be rescheduled or postponed. It is your responsibility to make sure that all roads and/or driveways are accessible on the day of the move. Please be understanding in these rare cases because we will do all that we can to make sure your move is completed as scheduled, but sometimes things are out of our own control.

If customer requests that we still come despite the inclement weather, the hourly rate will be charged to sit until deemed fit and safe for our crew to work.

We are not accountable for any damage to items that are moved in inclement weather.
